Individual Therapy Sessions

I currently offer telehealth sessions for adults (18+) across Australia.
All sessions are held online via a secure and easy-to-use video platform or via telephone.

These appointments are available on Monday to Wednesday from 5PM to 7PM. Weekend appointments may be available on request.

Appointment Types

Assessment Session

50 mins

This session is all about getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy.

The information gathered here helps us develop a shared formulation of what’s contributing to your difficulties and allows us to create an accurate and effective treatment plan.

Review Sessions

50 mins

These sessions provide ongoing therapeutic support and are where most of the therapy work happens.

Sessions are guided by your needs/goals and may involve building insight, developing coping strategies, or strengthening skills to support everyday life.

Extended Session

80 mins

If you feel like 50 mins just isn’t cutting it, then let’s book in an extended session instead. These sessions offer more time if you feel you need some extra space. 

Some therapies, such as EMDR, may benefit from longer sessions to allow enough time to move through specific treatment phases.
