Fees
Siva Psychology accepts self-referrals directly from you, alternatively another health professional is able to send a referral on your behalf with your consent. You do not need a GP referral to access counselling services.
- Standard Session Fee: $250 (50 minutes)
- Medicare Rebate (with MHTP referral): $98.95 per session
- Out-of-pocket cost (after rebate): Approximately $151.05 per session
Payment is processed securely after each session via credit or debit card. A processing surcharge fee applies to card payments. Alternatively, payments may be made via bank transfer prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments require at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Rebates from Medicare and other third-party providers are not applicable to cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment your session may be less than 50 minutes in duration. Please note you will need to pay the full amount in these circumstances.
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and unexpected situations do arise. If this results in a late cancellation or missed appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, so that this can be taken into consideration when reviewing the fee.
